General

All-You-Can Japan is a trading name of VirtueCode Limited. The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with VirtueCode Limited (Hong Kong Company no. 1115136).  Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.

By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

 

Pricing Information

The price of the 13-night crafted small group tour is $4,325 per person, excluding flights. Early-bird pricing (deposits made before June 1st, 2015) is $3,825 per person. This covers:

  1. 13 night stays at hotels and traditional guesthouses
  2. 1-week JR national rail pass and all ground transportation in Japan (travel to/from the airport excluded)
  3. 5 group meals
  4. Admission fees
  5. Pre-travel & flight consultation

Final pricing may fluctuate depending on currency exchange rates at the time of booking.

 

Payment & Deposit Information

A 10% deposit of the total tour price is required at least 120 days prior to the departure date to reserve a spot in the tour. (See cancellation and refund policy below)

The remaining balance of the tour price must be received by All-You-Can Japan not less than 60 days prior to departure.

All payments are made securely via Paypal.

 

 

Changes & Cancellations

If you are prevented from traveling due to a serious illness or injury, you may transfer your place on your booking to someone else (introduced by you) providing that the changes are made not less than 2 weeks before departure and the full payment for the tour has been settled.

Should you need to cancel your booking entirely, please do so in writing to info@allyoucanjapan.com. Please note the following cancellation refund schedule:

Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.

 

Discounts

Bring your friends! Groups of 4 or more get 10% off the total tour price for the entire party.

 

Liability & Insurance

All-You-Can Japan or its owners shall not be liable for any damage caused to participants by the failure to perform the contract or the improper performance of the contract where the failure is of no fault of All-You-Can Japan or suppliers used by All-You-Can Japan:

(a) When such failures are attributed to the participants or a third party who has no connection with All-You-Can Japan
(b) When such failures are due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of All-You-Can Japan or suppliers used by All-You-Can Japan which could not have been avoided even if all careful measures were taken. Such unforeseeable circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions.

All-You-Can Japan will not be liable to participants in the event of flight or transportation delay or failure in their outward or inward journey, whether caused by the weather, rescheduling, industrial action or mechanical failure. All-You-Can Japan will not provide refunds or compensation for lost time and services from the itinerary due to delayed or canceled flights or delayed or canceled public transport such as buses, trains, subways or other forms of transport included in the itinerary.

Participants are responsible for ensuring the possession of a valid passport and a visa for Japan where applicable.

Participants are responsible for all their personal baggage and valuable items. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to ensure that all items carried on board any means of transport are legal and will not danger other passengers.

Participants are responsible for taking out their own medical, personal accident, or baggage loss insurance prior to the tour. It it strongly encouraged to purchase travel and trip cancellation insurance, as well as all international travel related health insurance, liability insurance, business interruption insurance, trip interruption insurance, and insurance for theft, loss or damage to personal property, bodily injury or loss of life.
